– Where Digital Communities Connect
The IGF Village is a dynamic hub at the heart of the Internet Governance Forum, where diverse stakeholders from around the world come together to share ideas, build connections, and showcase their work. Taking place during the 20th annual IGF 23–27 June 2025 at NOVA Spektrum in Lillestrøm, Norway, IGF Village provides a unique opportunity to explore the global digital landscape.
The IGF Village features free, non-commercial booth spaces, both physical and virtual for organisations engaged in digital policy, development, rights, innovation, and governance. It is a place for exchange, demonstration, and dialogue across the multistakeholder ecosystem, including governments, civil society, the private sector, technical communities, and intergovernmental bodies. Participating organisations will present their work through interactive demos, flyers, videos, presentations, infographics, and giveaways. Many booths also include hands-on technologies, immersive experiences like VR, youth engagement activities, and expert representatives available to speak directly with visitors.
As in previous years, the Virtual Platform will complement the physical IGF Village. This virtual space allows participants from anywhere in the world to engage with exhibitors in real time. Through the platform, attendees can:
Whether you’re on-site in Norway or joining remotely, the IGF Village offers an inclusive and accessible experience for all participants.
